Some days ask more of you than you have. This prayer admits you’re running low and asks God to be your strength.
Lord, I’m tired, and I still have so much to carry.
I don’t have the strength for today on my own. You know that, and You don’t ask me to pretend.
Be my strength. Where I am weak, let Your power show.
Renew me the way You promised: let me run and not grow weary, walk and not faint.
Give me strength for the people who depend on me, for the work in front of me, and for the hard conversation I’ve been putting off.
And when I have nothing left at the end of the day, let me rest in You and wake up renewed.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Philippians 4:13
But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
Lord, I can’t, but You can. Be my strength today. Amen.
Paul wrote that God’s power shows most clearly in weakness. He stopped hiding where he was weak, because that was where he saw God’s strength best. You don’t have to feel strong to pray for strength.
