If your question is about Premium, please include the email address you used at checkout. That’s how we find your subscription.
If something isn’t working, tell us which page you were on and which phone or browser you use.
You don’t need to write to us to cancel. Go to the account page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, and cancel there at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
There’s no password. Enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send a one-time link to that address.
